Why does my Keychron mouse show no percentage while it charges?

The Keychron Launcher itself shows none while the mouse charges, only that it is charging, and BatteryOnPC follows it. The percentage comes back as soon as you unplug the cable.

Plug in the receiver
Connect the mouse's receiver and check that the mouse works.

Scan for devices
In the BatteryOnPC window, open the Devices tab and click Scan for devices.

Click Add. The mouse gets its own icon in the taskbar and its own alert threshold.

How the level is read

Keychron receivers do not all speak the same way: the 1K, 4K and 8K receivers each have their own request. Like the Keychron Launcher, BatteryOnPC picks the right one from the interface the receiver exposes, then reads the real percentage.

While the mouse charges, the Launcher shows no percentage, only that it is charging. BatteryOnPC does the same: the mouse appears as charging, and the percentage comes back once the cable is unplugged.
