See the battery of your DualSense, DualSense Edge, DualShock 4, INZONE headset or INZONE Mouse-A in the Windows taskbar, with an alert before it runs out.
10 models listed: 5 controllers, 1 mouse, 4 headsets
DualSense and DualShock 4
PlayStation controllers are detected as soon as they connect, over USB, Bluetooth or Sony's wireless adaptor for the DualShock 4, with nothing to set up. The reading is passive: BatteryOnPC only listens to what the controller already sends, so it does not get in the way of a game, Steam or DS4Windows.
- DualSense and DualSense Edge: the level comes in steps of 10 %, the precision the controller itself reports, on PC as on the PS5.
- DualShock 4: steps of about 10 % as well.
- Low battery notifications for PlayStation controllers also estimate the remaining play time.
As an option, the DualSense mute button can even mute your PC's microphone: see the DualSense mute button on PC.
INZONE headsets and mouse
- INZONE H5 and INZONE Buds: read from their USB dongle.
- INZONE H9 and H9 II: read through the serial channel their dongle opens on the PC. Only one program can use it at a time, so close INZONE Hub if the level does not appear.
- INZONE Mouse-A: four levels (10, 40, 70 and 100 %).

Questions about Sony devices
- Do I need DS4Windows or Steam to see my DualSense battery?
- No. BatteryOnPC reads it on its own, over USB or Bluetooth. If you already use DS4Windows or Steam, you can keep them: the reading is passive.
- Why does the DualSense battery move in steps of 10 %?
- The controller itself only reports its level in steps of 10 %, on PC as on the PS5. A finer percentage would be an invention.
- Can I see the INZONE H9 battery while INZONE Hub is open?
- Close INZONE Hub first: the H9 and H9 II share their battery through a channel that only one program can use at a time.
