Refund policy

Digital product, immediate download

BatteryOnPC is digital content provided instantly after purchase. In accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, and because you expressly request the immediate provision of the software (checkbox before payment), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started.

If the software doesn't work

This is different from simply changing your mind: you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If BatteryOnPC does not work as described (for example, it doesn't start or detects no compatible controller):

• email us at contact@batteryonpc.com;
• we first help you solve the problem (often a configuration detail);
• if the defect persists and is attributable to us, you get a fix or, failing that, a full refund.

Goodwill gesture

Outside the cases covered by the legal guarantee, a refund is not owed; however, we may consider any good-faith request on a case-by-case basis.

How to make a request

Contact us at contact@batteryonpc.com, stating your purchase email and the problem encountered. Any refunds are issued via Stripe, to the original payment method.
