Activating your licence

One click from your purchase email, or from your account. What activation does, why it exists, and what to do if it fails.

Updated August 7, 2026 · Licence & account

The two routes

After your purchase you receive an email containing an "Activate this PC" button. Clicking it from the machine where the app is installed does everything: no key to copy, nothing to type.

If you no longer have the email, sign in to your account on the site and activate from there. Same result, and it saves you searching your inbox.

What activation actually does

It links your licence to that specific computer. The app then holds a signed licence and works offline: no permanent connection, no check before each launch, and nothing sent while you play.

It is a one-off step. Once done, the app never asks again on that PC.

Why it exists

The licence covers one machine at a time. That is what keeps a single purchase from being shared across an entire Discord server, and what lets the software stay a one-time payment rather than a subscription.

Keep your purchase email

It is your proof of purchase and your fastest route back to activation. Archive it rather than deleting it: reinstalling Windows, changing PC or restoring a machine all become simpler with it to hand.

If you lose it, your account on the site remains the fallback: the licence is attached to the email address you bought with.

Activation does not work

  • Nothing happens when you click: the app must be installed on that machine first. The link asks the app to activate; without it there is nothing to answer.
  • You clicked from your phone: activation binds the computer you click from. Open the email on the PC.
  • The app says it is not activated: check you are using the address you purchased with, and that the payment did go through.

If none of that applies, contact us with the email address used for the purchase. We can see the state of the licence and unblock it.
